At Magnus Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible skincare and cosmetic products.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Magnus Supply

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
